Activity!


Get out and enjoy the summer before it ends just next month! We don't have long.
Taking a nice walk in your neighborhood or at the park will do wonders.It allows you to focus your attention on the beauty of God's nature....to smell the fresh air and to feel the soft summer breeze across your face.
Notice all of the beautiful flowers!
Obviously, other benefits to walking allows you to stay healthy, tones your body and it's an overall stress reliever. Why not make it today!

My friend and I are doing the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer walk in Sept and this Thursday we're going for a Pre-Walk in Central Park. Im very excited. Ive been working so hard this summer, focusing on my business, I haven't been outdoors to even enjoy the warm weather. So Im looking forward to getting out hanging out with a new friend. Talking about some upcoming classes, talk about life. Appreciate the Beauty of the Park. (I've lived in NYC all my life and have been to Central Park a small handful of times) I never even knew till last year what a Beautiful Conservatory Garden they had. So for all of you out there Terry is right go out and enjoy the fresh air, appreciate the little bit of nature we have left and clear your minds. Its a Beautiful thing. :O)
